The HTC One Skatepark in London Opens.

Photographer: Sam Ashley/ Prime & Fire   Skater: Tom Knox

So stoked I can finally share all this news & pics with you!  The new HTC ONE SKATEPARK in the Old Selfridges hotel in London (adjacent to the Oxford Street department store) is opening tomorrow!

Yep, a full skatepark open to the public (and it's FREE) with two distinctive areas - one replicates some of London's famous skating spots - like the Big Ben Gap and the Moorgate handrail. The second area is set with obstacles inspired by the pop up shop (celebrating skate culture x fashion) Selfridges is doing in their store next door.

They will also have skate nights hosted by brands like Sidewalk Magazine, Kingpin Magazine, and more. For the girls, I hear Cooler Magazine (one of our favs!), is having a girls skate night at the park. Can't wait to see pics from that & post them for you guys.

The park is designed & managed by Prime & Fire and is a joint venture between Prime & Fire, Selfridges & HTC.  It's part of Selfridges "Board Games" concept store which celebrates the worlds of surf x skate via a high fashion filter - featuring fashion designers like Stella McCartney & Jimmy Choo & Streetwear designers such as the Billionaire Boys Club. The pop up store is something you don't want to miss!

So if you are anywhere near London here are the details on the skatepark - take advantage of it now as it's only here to skate until April 19th!:

Monday - Friday 12pm-9pm
Saturday 10am-9pm
Sunday 12pm-6pm

Location:  The Old Selfridges Hotel / Adjacent to the Oxford Street store  /  Entry via Orchard Street

Nearest Tube: Bond Street

Now get over there, skate and post some pics for us!
