The World Surf League (WSL) 6-Star Paul Mitchell Supergirl Pro will take place for the eighth consecutive year at the Oceanside Pier in Oceanside, California, from July 24-26, 2015. The nationally televised event is the largest female surf contest in the world, with 112 of the planet’s top pros expected to compete. Admission to the event is FREE.

The Paul Mitchell Supergirl Pro will serve as the lone women’s WSL qualifying event scheduled in the U.S. in 2015 and plays a critical role for surfers looking to solidify their position on the 2016 WSL Women’s World Championship Tour (WCT).

Some of the world-class surfers registered to compete include Alana Blanchard, Lakey Peterson, Malia Manuel, Coco Ho, Courtney Conlogue, Laura Enever, Johanne Defay, Nikki Van Dijk, Tatiana Weston-Webb, and Sage Erickson.

In addition to the world’s best surfing talent, the Supergirl Pro features an action-packed Festival Village with live bands, comedy, art, yoga, fitness, dance, female surf films, give-aways, autographs, hair styling, celebrities, skateboarding, food trucks, and other activities.

The event will run daily between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from July 24-26.

The women's vert skateboarding comp will be on Sunday, July 26 at 11 AM for practice and 1 PM for the comp.
