One of the best stories of 2013 had to be Diana Nyad, swimming from Cuba to Florida non stop and making it. No shark cage. The woman is amazing. There is a LOT more to this story and if you missed this documentary on TV you can get it today on itunes.

It is inspiring to learn what you can do when you put your mind to it.
