Twenty girls were invited to compete in Women's Park at the X-Games Qualifiers in Boise, Idaho - Alana Smith, Julz Lynn and Nora Vasconcellos couldn't make it to the event, so alternate, Kihana Ogawa, was moved up to skate.
A move that paid off as Kihana is now in 2nd place heading into tomorrow's final.
The field of 18 female skaters was narrowed down to the 12 who will compete for just 4 spots (+ one wild card slot) at the X-Games in Minneapolis in July. Once there, they will join Lizzie Armanto, Kisa Nakamura, and Jordyn Barratt, who made podium last year and are given automatic invites this year.
